How to create an account To create an account, click the Sign Up button on the website, enter your name, email, and password, then verify your email. Your account will be activated instantly. How to log in to your course dashboard Go to the Login page, enter your registered email and password, and click Log In. You will be taken directly to your student dashboard. Understanding your student dashboard Your dashboard shows your courses, progress, certificates, downloads, and notifications. You can also manage your profile and access support from here. How to enroll in a course Open the course you want, click Enroll Now, make your payment (if required), and the course will automatically appear in your dashboard. How to upgrade your plan Go to Account → Upgrade Plan, choose your preferred package, complete the payment, and your account will be upgraded immediately.
How to update your profile information Open Profile Settings, edit your name, email, or personal information, then click Save Changes. How to change your password Go to Account Settings → Change Password, enter your old and new passwords, then save. How to reset a forgotten password On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter your email, and follow the link sent to reset your password. How to manage notifications Go to Notifications Settings and toggle email, course, or marketing notifications on or off. How to delete or deactivate your account Submit a request through Support or go to Account Settings → Delete Account (if available). Deactivation is permanent.
How to start a course Open your dashboard, select the course, and click Start Course. How to resume a course Your progress is saved automatically. Simply click Continue to pick up where you left off. How to download course materials Look for the Download button inside the lesson. PDFs, templates, and resources can be downloaded directly. How to access bonus materials Bonus content appears in a dedicated Bonus Module after enrollment. How to mark lessons as completed Click the Complete / Mark as Done button at the end of each lesson. How to get certificates Complete all required lessons and quizzes. Your certificate will automatically appear in the Certificates section. How to access previously purchased courses All your past courses are always accessible in your dashboard under My Courses.
Accepted payment methods We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, mobile money, PayPal (if available), and local payment options depending on your region. How to make a payment Choose your course or plan, click Checkout, select payment method, and follow the steps to complete your purchase. How to join the community group After enrolling, click Join Community inside your dashboard to access WhatsApp, Telegram, or Facebook groups. How to earn your certificate Finish all course modules and pass any required quizzes or assignments. How to download your certificate Go to Certificates in your dashboard, click Download, and save your certificate as PDF. How to verify a certificate Use the Certificate Verification Tool on our site and enter the certificate ID. Certificate not generating – what to do Make sure all lessons are marked complete. If the issue persists, contact support.
How to submit assignments Upload your file or paste your answer in the assignment box, then click Submit. Assignment grading & feedback Assignments are reviewed within a set time. Feedback appears in your dashboard under Assignments. How to upload project files Click Upload File, choose your file, and wait for the upload to complete. Common assignment issues File too large Unsupported format Upload interrupted due to poor internet Contact support if problems continue.
Course completion time Each course has a different duration. You can learn at your own pace. Device requirements Any smartphone, tablet, or computer with an updated browser works. Internet speed requirements A minimum of 3–5 Mbps is recommended for smooth video playback. How long do I keep access to courses? Access depends on your plan—lifetime, yearly, or monthly. Check your purchase details. Can I share my login with others? No. Account sharing is not allowed and may lead to automatic account suspension.
