3. Course Enrollment & Access

  • Paid courses and subscriptions grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Lifetime access means as long as Webbiit Learning Hub exists and the course remains on the platform.
  • You may not share, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit course materials.

4. Payments

  • All fees are in [NGN] and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • We may change prices with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, videos, PDFs, quizzes, and platform design are owned by Webbiit Learning Hub or its instructors and protected by copyright.
  • Downloading or screen-recording courses for redistribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination and legal action.

6. User Conduct (You Agree Not To)

  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Harass, bully, or threaten other users or instructors
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our content
  • Use bots or scrapers to collect data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Courses are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific results or job placement.
  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Webbiit Learning Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.

10. Refunds

All refund requests are handled according to our separate Refund Policy.
