1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any paid course or subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase or subscription start date — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Log into your account
- Go to “My Purchases” or “Billing”
- Click “Request Refund” next to the course/subscription
- Or simply email us at support@webbiitmedia.com with your order number
We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
3. When Refunds Are NOT Available
- If more than 7 days have passed since purchase or subscription renewal
- If you have completed more than 50% of the course (watched over half the videos or downloaded major materials)
- For free courses or promotional/free-trial enrollments
- For subscription renewals if you didn’t cancel before the renewal date
4. Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription anytime from your account settings
- Cancellation stops future payments — you keep full access until the current billing period ends
- No partial refunds for the remaining days in the current billing cycle (except within the 7-day window above)
5. Special Cases
- Technical issues: If you face major platform problems that we cannot fix within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full or partial refund regardless of the 7-day window
- Accidental purchase: Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll refund immediately
6. Refund Method
Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used (bank transfer, card, mobile money, Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, etc.). Any transaction fees charged by payment providers may be deducted.
